Easy Transfer: Monolayer Graphene on Polymer Film - the easiest way to transfer monolayer graphene onto your substrate. We applied our long experience in growing and transferring high quality graphene films to let you experiment with any novel substrate by using Graphenea’s Easy Transfer.
Monolayer Graphene on Cu - This product consist on a single-layer graphene grown on copper foil substrate.
Monolayer Graphene on 90 nm SiO₂/Si - Our monolayer graphene on SiO₂/Si (fully covered) is a bidimensional material produced by CVD and transferred to a circular substrate of SiO₂/Si (90nm) by a wet transfer process. GFET for Sensing applications - The GFET-S10 chip from Graphenea provides 36 graphene devices distributed in a grid pattern on the chip.  Thirty devices have a Hall-bar geometry and six have a 2-probe geometry.  The Hall-bar devices can be used for Hall-bar measurements as well as 4-probe and 2-probe devices.  There are varying graphene channel dimensions to allow investigation of geometry dependence on device properties.
GFET-S20 (Die size 10 mm x 10 mm) - Processed in Clean Room Class 1000 - The GFET S-20 chip from Graphenea is designed for measurements in liquid medium. The new version provides 12 graphene devices, with encapsulation on the metal pads to avoid degradation and reduce leakage currents, and the probe pads located near the periphery of the chip. It also includes a non-encapsulated electrode at the center of the chip, which allows liquid gating without the need of an external gate electrode.
Suspended Graphene on TEM Grids (Quantifoil Gold) - Pack 4 units - The monolayer graphene is grown by CVD and transferred onto a Quantifoil TEM grid. The graphene is suspended over 2μm holes.
